Fuel prize terms and conditions – With every cobra run nearest to you your car will get a full tank of fuel to the value of R1 000 limited to 12 (twelve) tanks for the year.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the HSR Customs Pty Lyd Car Giveaway Competition. By participating in this competition, participants agree to comply with these terms. Failure to abide by these rules may result in disqualification.
Eligibility:
- The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Participants must have a valid driver’s license
How to Enter:
- Participants can enter the competition by buying tickets online, or via ticket booklets.
- Tickets must be bought within the specified entry period.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted by HSR Customs Pty Ltd.
- The draw will be conducted fairly, and the selected winner will be notified via email and telephone
Prize:
- The prize is a Cobra car with a V8 engine.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
Collection of Prize:
- The winner is responsible for all costs associated with the collection of the prize, including but not limited to taxes, registration fees, and insurance.
Publicity:
- By participating in the competition, participants grant HSR Customs Pty Ltd the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.
Disqualification:
- HSR Customs Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
General Conditions:
- HSR Customs Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.
- Participants agree to release HSR Customs Pty Ltd from any liability arising from their participation in the competition.
Governing Law:
- This competition is governed by the laws of South Africa.
